SALE MERCHANDISE
All sales are final. Sale pricing is available only while supplies last. Due
to availability, partial orders may be shipped on sale merchandise. You will
not be charged for items not shipped. No rain checks or backorders issed on
sale merchandise. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard method of shipping within the Continental USA is UPS Ground
Service, we also use USPS Priority Mail. Oversized boxes are shipped via an available ground carrier and there
is a minimal freight charge of 18% of the purchase price. Allow a minimum of
10 business days for delivery of your order.
Custom made items may require 5 additional days before your item is shipped.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS
Orders are processed as they are received. If your order was recently submitted
it may not be possible for our shipping department to catch your order before
it is filled so that we can modify or cancel it. You can submit a cancellation
request by calling 704-849-7098 or faxing your request to 704-849-8392. If the
package has already been shipped, it will be handled as returned merchandise.
See below for details. Be sure to include your name and day time phone number
on all correspondence.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases made from Holiday-Haus.
If for any reason you are not satisfied please call 704-849-7098 for our customer
relations department. All returns must include a return authorization number
issued by Holiday Haus. This number must appear on the outside of the box. If
authorization is given for a return, please pack the item(s) in the original
packaging, and return to us. Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged
packages we recommend insuring the parcel for the replacement value and shipping
with UPS or another reliable shipper with tracking abilities.
Unauthorized returns sent to us without a return authorization number on the outside of the box will be refused. All returns including refused
or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
No refunds or exchanges on seasonal items, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Gift Certificates, custom made products, or sale merchandise
Credits and Exchanges are processed within 30 days of receipt of authorized
return merchandise. No credit will be issued without the proper return authorization
number.
Packages received after 20 days of issuance of the return authorization number
will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
Please note these return policies are non-negotiable.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you receive damaged merchandise, do not throw
the box or packing away.
In the event of a damaged parcel box and its content you must contact the shipper
for their damaged freight shipment procedures.
Any other damaged merchandise must be reported to us within a three day period
of the receipt of your shipment by fax at 704-849-8392. Please include the following
information:
- Your name, address, and day time phone number
- The invoice number if applicable
- The items description
- The quantity damaged
- Detailed Description of the damaged item
- Was the shipping box damaged?
After review, we will then take the appropriate damage control
procedure.

$50.01-$75 $10.25
$75.01-$100 $12.25
$100.01-$125 $13.25
$125.01-$150 $15.25
$150.01-$200 $16.25
$200.01-$500 $17.25
$500.01 and up $19.25
$4.95 for each additional address in your Address Book.
Orders returned due to incorrect address will be subject to an additional $5.00
charge to reship item.
All orders must be received by 9AM EST in order to ensure shipment by 4PM EST
the following day
No orders shipped for Christmas delivery via UPS ground after Dec 15.
